We help property owners, homeowners and investors bring their projects to life. Most contractors handle one piece. We look at the whole job, from clearing and grading through construction and finishing work, with practical planning, structural integrity, clear communication and hands-on oversight.

Raw land development
Turning undeveloped acreage into build-ready lots: access, clearing, grading, drainage and the permit work that goes with it.
Site prep & excavation

Land clearing & tree work
Brush, trees, stumps and lot clearing with our own equipment.
Concrete
Slabs, flatwork, patios, driveways and walkways.
Decks & retaining walls
New decks, deck rebuilds, railings, stairs and retaining walls.
Exterior improvements
Roofing, siding, garages and landscaping that finish the property.
Snow removal
Residential and commercial plowing in Mukwonago and East Troy. Seasonal contracts or one-time service.

D&D Services WI LLC is run by Danny Evert out of East Troy, Wisconsin. Danny holds a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier credential, has been building and improving property across Southeast Wisconsin since 2001, and is the hands-on owner and point of contact on every project.
We handle the planning, site work, carpentry and coordination ourselves. Plumbing, electrical and other specialty-licensed work goes to licensed subcontractors we schedule and manage for you.
